Hi All,

I keep getting seemingly random comments about emails not being sent out for various things.

Most notable would be Accepted/Denied events. Every time I test it, things work. So, I need you to advise your GMs to be vigilant about tracking their event submissions. If they submit something and don't get an email within a week, check the events list. Whether they see it or not they need to email you and stratcon_webmaster at strategicon.net. That gives you up to a week to take some action on the event. And it will hopefully give me a clue as to why certain people are not getting emails, and whether it's just Approved or Denied emails, or maybe a service blocking us.

I know it's 6 months away, but this situation also applies to GMs pre-regging for events at Orccon 2015. If they are pre-regging for a limited event, I need to know if they don't get an Approved or Denied email within a week of submitting.

Please inform your GMs in whatever manner works best for your department.
