[Deptheads] Reef Encounter and Frederick

Frederick used to be run in boardgames for many years before the few categories got split into many "game play" categories. 
It was never part of WGBC but for past few cons it has been brought back from the closet and is once again a tourney...only this time in War Games room.I know since I have listed the event the past 7 cons it has run and know mark Luta who runs it each time.

Main mechanic is hand management so Resource/Hand management should be it's category for 2013 annual awards.
War Games should have their own category for annual awards going forward. "Area Control / Area Influence" for a war game is like calling a collectable card game a "Resource / Hand Management" game or a miniature battle game dice rolling---all true but it doesn't define game type. There are only so many play mechanics (cards, dice, hand, resources, placement, etc) but there are a variety of types of games.

Reef Encounter is Tile Placement, but Frederick was a WGBC game, so I have no idea what game it is.  Frederick has several different listing on BGG, so I do not know which one they played.
