[Deptheads] Next meeting

Nominally is scheduled for this coming Sunday. However, i really want to have it at the Hilton, and the person we need to go through is on vacation.

So we have two choices:

1. Have the meeting this Sunday (5 January), either crashing the Hilton or someplace else
2. Have the meeting on 12 January hopefully with authorization at the Hilton.

This needs to be decided ASAP. I can work with either, though I actually prefer option 1.
