[Deptheads] Question Re: Dealer Dollars

RPGs have had a budget of Dealer Dollars.  RPGA has their own and Pathfinders does not (at least since I've been doing Payouts).  They have not been used for quite some time, but should be available.  The only issue is criteria for distribution.  How will you determine who gets what?  Board games, CCGs, and Minis have a set winner; RPGs, not so much.  Determine that, and we'll start thinking about budget.
