[Deptheads] Signage

We are getting some signage requests, but what I haven't seen and need to see in order to even start thinking about how to handle the signs is

1. How many functioning easels does the con have?  (the flimsy black folding things don't count)
2. How many and of what capacity is the hotel providing?

I have a rough idea about our supplies. I have no idea about what the hotel is offering. And without that info it doesn't really matter who produces the signs if there are no easels to put them on. There will be no signs leaning against walls.

So, whomever is supposed to ask the hotel for these details, please do it, NOW!!!.
