[Deptheads] Reminder, meeting next Sunday

I will not be at the meeting.

Collectable events, tourneys, or gms--contact me directly.

Room lists to me by the deadline (Aug. 8). Contact me directly with any questions.
I will contact each supervisor with a reminder a week before deadline. 

Staff Lounge is room 1635- open to staff, supervisors, convention support, media, vip, guests, and senior volunteers.
Come in, relax, grab a bite, your kids can tag along...but no food leaves the lounge.
Hours will be posted here 10 days before the convention.

Guests for feb and may of 2015 will be finalized at Gencon (including Eric Lang, flying frog, and a Pathfinder guest). Guests and special guests for this con include Seth Jaffee, Tasty Minstrel games, Derak Morrell, jeff Saidek, Laughing Moon Adventures with a guest with them from the tv show Face-off. Next year will be the 30th anniversary of Weird Science so we will have Ilan Mitchell-Smith as a guest in feb (since he already attends as a GM) I am sure Nick and Kryssie can come up with fun ideas for a  panel, show the movie, etc...we will talk about that after Gateway. Any ideas or suggestions about guests? Contact me (email me directly, phonecall, facebook, etc).

Meet & Greet is Friday Night at 7pm in Staff Lounge (room 1635). Laughing Moon will help decorate and run it as a Fantasy Western Saloon to tie in with a new game release. Basically...elves, goblins, etc. in cowboy hats, boots, barrels, fantasy themed drinks, snacks, card games, etc. along with meeting and greeting our guests.
