[Deptheads] Guests of Honor, Special Guests, Other Guests

Hi All,

After reading a recent comment from Shane, it reminded me that it was discussed in the past of having three tiers of guests.

Guest(s) of Honor

Special Guests

Other Guests

I believe the other guests was anyone wanting to promote/playtest/demo a game. These persons would have to list events in our system, therefore have allocated space in whatever department they list under, which makes them nominally under our supervision already. The only difference would be we can add them to our guests page as "Other Guests" on the website. All they have to provide is their name, a description of what they are at the con for and if possible a photo.

You can send their info to me, or just send them my email, stratcon_webmaster at strategicon.net, if they are interested. I will not list anyone who doesn't ask for the option, and they need to have at least one event listed on Saturday or Sunday. Same rules apply for ordering priority as special events, the more data I get the higher up the "Other Guests" they will be listed.

I just don't know how to get this concept out to these people. You probably know better that I who might be appropriate.
