[Deptheads] Rooms are sold out ...

I would assume that exceeding our room quota is a good thing? We should
probably have a good sit down with the Hilton and see what we can do about
having them prioritize doubles and be a little more proactive about letting
us know about booking shortages and the like. We should have some kind of
information flowing from them so we can anticipate issues before we have
angry attendees point them out to us.
