In this case that's not true -- we start at 450 dpi. No one will see those pixels. The real problem to do this is we only get 6 colors unless we go digital. We've done that once -- the "Clue" Orccon shirts a couple years back. But that limits the shirt color to something lighter.

It also limits who we can go with. The digital equipment isn't traditional, and not everyone has it.
