[Deptheads] Card Game Department

They are all yours.  I wanted clarification on scheduling, paperwork, and event approval.

The reason there have not been events the past few cons is that no one wanted to run them.  If John wanted to run card game events, couldn't he have simply submitted these events like everyone else to the boardgames department?  -->Exactly           I am bringing this up because I would like a clear understanding of what is expected of me with regards to this new department.  I am concerned due to past experiences with the creation of the Wargames Department and the rocky start I had when it was created.  I was told there was a new department with its own department head, budget, and schedule, yet I was responsible for the paperwork.  Sound familiar?
