Whichever way you feel is best......just realize that if you spend money to provide claydonia for participants it comes from the "Miniatures Games" budget and would have to be approved by Mike James.

Per a discussion at the end of the meeting, I offered to run a game of Claydonia for miniatures gaming, which will, of course, go on the Kids Track. I have one question:
Obviously, most people aren't going to be bringing Clay-Doh to 'con unless they already know about it; I'll need to buy some Clay-Doh to take to the convention. The question is: Should I keep an invoice handy and have the costs repaid by the convention, or would it be appropriate to charge a small amount (About $1-$1.50 per player) who doesn't bring their own clay? I'm thinking that the former would be better overall, but either way I want to get it clear before I list the tournament.

"Would you like another drink, sir?" asked the bartender.
"I think not," replied Descartes, and promptly vanished.
