[Deptheads] GM Badge Requirements

Player hours is really just a RPG thing. Some games only take 4 people,
most take six, a few take more. It is a way to reward GMs that run games
that take more people. It is scheduled max people, you could not use it for
board gaming where you have unlimited number of players.
