[Deptheads] Request a Game

I want to add this is in the early trial stage right now. I'm going to add database backing for this, but I want to figure out exactly what we want/need for it. We will make it a point to keep all the data items that are nots tests of the system. So play with it a bit and let us know what needs to be changed/added.
