[Deptheads] Event Approvals

For what it's worth, the sign-in-twice bug is still present. I signed in,
clicked on Add Event, and got told that I must log in before I can enter an
event.


I've had this happen with both Firefox and Chrome on three different
computers, from Windows XP to Windows 7.
