Everyone,
 
This is just a heads up so you can plan your convention better...we'll go  
over it a bit more at the meeting but I wanted to get this out in the open 
so  you can formulate your questions and we can go over EVERYTHING at the  
meeting.
 
We are looking at having a storage company pick up and store our stuff  
after Gamex. While nothing is finalized yet, we need to prepare for it and do  
two things:
 
1. Consolidate as much of your crap into impact resistant containers as  
possible. There are a couple of departments in particular that have a lot of  
loose boxes and I will be getting additional rolling totes for them at the  
convention.
 
2. Most important - EVERYONE who stores stuff will need to make a complete  
inventory of their stuff at the convention before everything is picked up. 
This  means you DO NOT WAIT until Sunday or Monday...this MUST be done for 
insurance  reasons. Once again, we will go over this at the meeting and I 
will be providing  everyone with the Inventory form to use AND UPDATE EACH 
CONVENTION.
 
Once again, the meeting will be on Sunday the 19th at 1pm with lunch at  
Noon. There may be some showers on Saturday but the weather looks nice for  
Sunday, so we'll be doing the BBQ thing with more meat than even ERB can put 
in  his mouth!
