I'm now in full con mode as best I can be. If anyone needs anything from me, email me daily until it's done.

Except for PolyCon, July 4th, and this past weekend where I was in Detroit for a wedding (I seriously thought about day tripping it to GenCon, but it was a 4+ hour drive each way), I've worked every weekend since Gamex. That will continue until we release the stuff I've been working on.

Why does this matter? It matters because I cannot afford blown deadlines. I can't make up for dropped balls (including my own). If things aren't taken care of I can't be the backup. I had to cancel/postpone every appointment I could until after the con due to the real threat of things like the con book getting short-shrifted or worse.

Anyway, one of the things that is in real danger of complicating things is our room list. This has to be on time as we've sold out the first block and we will sell out the second with no problem. Make sure you get the names to Victor ON TIME.

And as usual, we need babysitters for the con itself.
