You don't enter your badge into the system, I do. I just entered it and it might work now. You are a department head and I enter department heads, con support and staff. Sorry for the delay. I was waiting for confirmation/approval of my management list before I entered badges. However, I am entering all my badges now (yep, without a seal of approval! lol) Everyone should be entered in the next hour, or so.
