Hello Everybody!

As requested at last con, here is an updated Volunteer Badge Request Form (minus the 8 hour requirement). Please feel free to print this sheet out and have some ready at your headquarters. Sometimes I run out folks, and it takes me a while to get more printed. I should be your back-up supplier not your primary source, if possible. :)
