[Deptheads] Event submission - is it too late?

[Strategicon Department Heads]

There has been some discussion in Video Gaming about having a Hearthstone
tournament, but the one person who wants to GM such a tournament won't be
at this convention, so we didn't list one. However, I thought of a
Hearthstone *Event* idea that may get some participation, and doesn't need
a GM.

Is there still time for me to get it in the book?
