Events: I need to add the dealer room times. What else should I expect to see? By the way, the event list looks really good. As I said earlier, I expect we'll hit 900 events.

Con book: Trying to get as much on the con book done this week so I only have to deal with the schedule and game descriptions next weekend. I plan on pulling the schedule and game descriptions Friday night, so please have everything up to date by then.

Marketing: Marketing email this week. We're only going to do 2 since the hotel filled up faster than expected (one is usually purposed for that), so this will be it! Get stuff to Mei ASAP -- I'll let he set the deadline (you won't like mine).

Rooms: As far as I know only one room of volunteers didn't get on the list and I think we can get them in. Otherwise, there is almost no slop in the room list -- people will need to be wedged in with other people if we need to add them.

Babysitters: As always, need baby sitters. I have Sunday evening and Monday already covered. $10 an hour, Need Friday, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Friday being the most critical.
