You have my axe, Tanya.  8 years of QA (web and mobile), 5 of design.

Would your redesign accommodate department heads making edits?  That is
something we desperately need and it would probably make your life much
easier, going forward.

Just a thought: I use Wordpress for a bunch of my clients (it looks like a
few other cons' sites run on it) for things like registration, sales and
competitions; our backend is unusually complicated, but I'd be willing to
bet there's a way to make it work.
