Actually, one of the primary reasons the tokens are good for the year is exactly that....to account for events that end after payouts closes. We want to keep it uniform throughout the con. Also, my booth closes at the same time, so merchandise is in the same boat.

    I am trying to think of items that can be distributed as prizes instead of dealer dollars for events on Monday that end after Payouts closes.

These are the guidelines I have come up with:
1. Items should be around $10 or less.
2. Items should not require a specific game. (i.e. Catan maps)
3. Items should be game or Strategicon related. (i.e. Strategicon T-shirt or dice)

Some of the things I have come up with so far:

Coupon for a con T-shirt at the next convention
Dice sets
Strategicon Dice
Playmats
Meeple Earrings
Game Organizers
