A couple of comments I heard:

The BGG virtual auction would have liked to have an official meeting place.
They met in the lobby, but felt they would have liked a room or something
for an hour or so to conduct trades. IMO, it wouldn't hurt to have them
downstairs during the flea market. That would get more traffic to the people
there.

The flea people were not happy about downstairs. They generally felt the
traffic was not as good and lighting was bad. From my perspective (as a
buyer) I was much happier down there as there was a lot more room, it was
easier to get around, and more people could be selling at once. I also
appreciated having the tables for gaming during non-flea times because open
gaming was full quite a bit.

On the open gaming side, BGG has flags for use. One says 'player's wanted'
one says 'teacher wanted'. That works really well at their con and could be
utilized at Strategicon. BGG also offers 'quiet' rooms for gaming where the
rooms are expected to be well managed for sound purposes. I'm not sure if
there is space for that anywhere.

Overall, I heard good things about the convention. The energy was up and
there was lots of good gaming to be had.

Nice job all.
Troy
