[Deptheads] Pre-registration and sign ups question.

No. Too much code to write. If you sign up for one day we have to restrict adding games to that one day and do some additional bounds checking. 

However, there are a couple of options. Send the game directly to the department head or get the appropriate department head to add you as a volunteer into the system and you can register to run games that way.

(By the way, we are going to set things up so department heads can add volunteer badges — this will have the added benefit of synchronizing volunteer badge numbers with Tracy)
