I agree with Shane. This is a problem Boardgaming in particular has been dealing with for decades.

Going from unlimited to one might be too harsh, but 2 per day per game is completely understandable. If a company wants to run demos of multiple games thru the day is different (for instance if VPG wanted to run demos of 8 different games in rotation each day), but same game over and over should be limited.

  I am considering implementing another rule specifically dealing with DEMOs.  At the moment, a GM can place a DEMO event in the schedule multiple times, basically locking up a table for an entire day and sometimes the entire convention.  I was wondering if anyone would object to me limiting these to once a day per game.  A GM could therefore get four hours on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday, for 16 total hours, but they would have to be at the convention all four days.  If I were to implement this rule, I think it would need to be added to the website, somewhere...
