[Deptheads] mail alias tweaking

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I’m seeing the sender listed as: deptheads-bounces at strategicon.net

My guess is this was required to get past some of the compliance issues with SPAM filtering. There’s a bunch of crap that needs to be done to satisfy some of those standards.
