Yep, 

That sounds good.  It also brings up the point that the logistics needed to run the game are right there with the Pathfinder folks.

Having them move to another room would complicate things.

Kids/Family room. 

One of the potential events uses Pregenerated Characters and can take anywhere from 1 to 5 hours to run depending on how much time is available per slot. The other allows players to build characters with a PFS GM and then run through 3 quests which should take about 4 to 5 hours.

I'm new to the ways things work, so I'm not clear how I would schedule this on the Strategicon site but if this is what you're looking for we're more than happy to do it.

And to be clear, we'd provide character sheets, pregens, pencils, rulebooks (loaner), dice (also loaner) and a GM to run each table. So the kids/Family would just need to bring their bodies. Logistically we would not be able to run more than 3 of these tables in any slot but that is still 18 seats 3 times a day.
