Hi All,

The impression I got from this weekend's meeting was that you haven't seen this email. Please read, pay special attention to the ending paragraph and email me personally that you got this email, so I can figure out if any of you aren't getting it.

We have had a serious problem with the approval emails (or I should say lack there of) for some time now, but I've had trouble tracking down where the problem is. I have only found one method of checking what could be going wrong, but I need to know about the approval in a timely manner. I can't promise I can track anything beyond 4 days.

Here are the email types that I've received notice of approval or denial emails to GMs. Remember, auto-approved events don't send emails to GMs.

Boardgames Denied
Card Games Denied
Collectibles   Denied Approved
LARPs         Denied ?
Miniatures    Denied Approved
RPGs          Denied Approved
Video Games Denied ?
War Games Approved

Seminars    Spam-Denied
General       Spam-Denied

You will notice that the denied emails seem to work for all departments.
The approval emails are the real mystery. In particular boardgames, where my test approval sent me the email, but all the other approval emails haven't shown up.

Collectibles and Miniatures are close to 100% approval emails to events listed.
LARPs and Video Games have none approved.
RPGs: I have 3 approval emails. Most RPGs appear to be auto-approved, so no emails.
War Games has only had one game approved, and I received the email.

Basically, if you don't see the word Approved for your department, I need to know the next time you approve something (not auto-approve), otherwise this problem may never get resolved.
