[Deptheads] Approval Email Issues - Resend

I haven't yet approved a game in Video Gaming, aside from the pinball
tournament (which was entered and approved in October, I believe). I'll be
getting to that later this week - we've got a few on the list. I wanted to
make sure that the comment about not seeing event times was made before I
got started.
