[Deptheads] Badge list request....again

David,
Every dept. has a supervisor, one or two senior volunteers and several GMs and volunteers.So as a supervisor send in your list of volunteers to Tracy and include who you designate as a senior volunteer(s)....but do not include yourself as supervisor.

Let me first start by apologizing.
I know I sent this email out two days ago, but
Since I have had no responses and Eric has been working on fixing email issues, I thought I would send it again.For the last few cons I have had serious issues with the department heads list.Things seem to be working again!
I have high hopes that things will once again be as smooth as butter on a babies butt. :)Not sure where that saying originated. but I going with it. :)

The con is fast approaching and badge lists will be due on Monday, Jan. 26th. 

Attached is a spreadsheet example of how I need your badge list to look. 
This is very important because as you know we have various badge types (Senior Volunteer, GM, Con Support...) and each type of badge is being printed separately. It creates massive amounts of work for me when your lists are a jumble of badge types. 

I also need to know if the person who is volunteering in your department is a headquarters volunteer (aka. Desk Monkey) or a GM. See attachment for example!

If you need to send me any last minute volunteers after you have given me your list, as always that is fine. :)
However, please be sure to tell me what kind of badge you need for them.As always I need your list in Open Office or Excel.Any questions? Feel free to ask.
