[Deptheads] Event Approval List request

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Please add the Events' TIMES to the preview list of events waiting to be
Approved. It makes it far easier for me to see if there are several events
trying to be run at the same time (or bad times) without having to open up
each and every one before I can make any decisions on any of them.
