Gallifrey One (International Dr. Who convention) is at the Marriott next to us and several of their attendees are staying at our hotel as well.
They sold out badge sales so will have just over 3700 people again this year. That is around 6200 fans and gamers using the 2 hotels and parking.Parking will be an issue. Going out to eat will be long long lines. Also note that saturday is valentine's day, the hotel is already sold out,  and the hotel will be full of couples eating and celebrating that night.Make sure your volunteers and Gms are aware of this so they can plan their driving, parking, breaks, and meals accordingly.
