[Deptheads] Hotel Block Question.

It has been suggested that I post this pondering here:

I have a question. Can we attribute the room reservations in our block to
strictly Strategicon attendees, or is there the possibility that Galifrey
One attendees may be booking at the Hilton using our code for a better rate?
The link for our rate and block is publicly available without any type of
registration or verification required.
