[Deptheads] How do you look for events on the web page - as a user

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Wow the Event Pregistration page is seriously out of date

For RPGA Events it refers people to the Warhorn (which is good), but to the
RPGA ORCCON site from 2009
It does not provide a link to the PFS events on Warhorn, but if this is
never updated, this might be a good thing.
