[Deptheads] Mark Hom

[Strategicon Department Heads]

I see him at the con in boardgames and walking about about every con. I do not remember seeing him this gamex.He is on winners list for gamex of last year and orccon of this year. Check to see if winner list of Gamex 2015.
I do agree with Tim however......give the refund unless he is in pictures or on a winner's list for gamex. Seems like alot of effort to get a refund unless it is legit.
