[Deptheads] Gateway staph meeting

Unable to make the Staph meeting.

I am still on for working with Mike Fryer with Open Gaming!
Please let me know if there is more that I can do to help.

Report from Open Gaming last con:
Space was well utilized througout the convention.  In fact if we could get more tables (of any type) they would be used.
It was good that I was going through the room and checking badges.  Most of our attendees are respectful and had their badges, but we did have a small number of people who had not bought badges, and expressed the notion “I didn’t think we needed badged for open gaming”. 
I did correct them and directed them upstairs to registration.  None argued, and all complied.  It was just a matter of being respectful to them and they reciprocated. 

I do believe we are doing well to continue to monitor this situation, but if anyone needs help in other departments, whether to relieve them or help them during a crunch, I am happy to help.

If it's a staph meeting I would like to Skype in too! If it's just a staff meeting I guess I will drive out. Have we put any thought into doing these things completely on Google Hangouts or Skype? I have attended entire RPG conventions online. It takes a little chat discipline, but it could work for the better.
