[Deptheads] Dealer Dollar Payouts

OK, it's getting to be that time again.I need payout numbers for games that will be awarding Dealer Dollars.  If I don't have them by con, you'll need to see me in order to set up the payout.
Remember, if I don't know about it, I can't pay it out and that will require me to go looking for someone to authorize the payout.  And that will add to the time taken to payout.
Shane, your numbers should be locked in from the games in the website listing.Victor, Get me any additional payouts aside from the standards you have set up as defaults.Ryan, your Boffer Tournament is accounted for.Jim, I assume you're going to be doing another full weekend event.  Payouts will remain the same as prior cons.
Everyone else, get me your numbers and I'll lock them in the spreadsheet for payout.
