Ok, makes sense.
Now, if anyone asks, the list was checked and you or someone in charge of the room can state the issues. They might be potential issues now, but they should be confirmed.
The point of the list is for everyone to make requests. Not everything gets fulfilled, but every department should keep tabs on the list and try. Also, keep note of repeat requests over cons. If something keeps getting asked for and is never run, there needs to be a solid reason why. Certain issues are not fixable, some not easily, some require certain effort, possibly by the person requesting the event.
