Please check for any issues. The only one I know about is the Painting Contest Open category; it's under review.

Notes for the future.

Qualifiers, while they may not be awarded anything, it would be nice to list who goes on to the next round, after all, getting through a qualifier is not easy, usually.

If it's a Co-op game, label as such on the sheet. And especially in these cases, knowing who played is as important as who showed, and I never assume they are the same.
If it's several teams, it would be nice to list who was in the winning team.

For all events, if the winners area is left blank, there should be an explanation in the notes section.

Make sure Demos are not listed as Events.

Make sure Tournaments don't say Demo in the title.
