[Deptheads] Gamex Info Reminder

Everyone,
 
Just a reminder, you should have by now the materials you need to LABEL  
YOUR CONTAINERS. If you don't have them yet, quit procrastinating. 
 
New for Gamex, there will be Strategicon Suggestion Boxes at the following  
locations:
 
Dealer Room HQ
Miniatures HQ
Registration Desk
RPG HQ
 
All materials will be provided (pencils and 2 suggestion form  pads) and 
all the HQ desk has to do is check to see if a pad has run out.  For Gamex we 
only have 8 pads total.  I suggest having one out and keeping  the other 
behind the counter until the other is used up.
 
The storage company will be at the loading docks at 5pm on Monday, so ALL  
of your stuff has to be ready to go by then. Coordinate with the new  
Quartermaster, Chris Suarez, as to when you will have your stuff loaded and  ready 
to go so he can tell you where it needs to be brought to.
 
MAKE SURE ALL CONTAINERS ARE INVENTORIED AND A COPY OF THE INVENTORY GIVEN  
TO CHRIS BY NOON SUNDAY.
