[Deptheads] Site login issue

[Strategicon Department Heads]

Can someone tell me why when I login to the site, I no longer have access to the admin area, but not only that, the screen borks up with the header links?  Tried in both Chrome and IE 9 and they both exhibit the same symptoms.  Need to be able to pull the event lists for payouts...
