[Deptheads] Payout sheet access

It seems we may have a problem that I"m not sure how to fix.  Last con when I took over the Library I found out that there was something called a Math Trade and that people dropped their games off in the library for trade.  I believe there were about 75-90 games that switched hands.  It was crazy but we learned how it worked and came up with a plan on how to do it better this time.  However, I just got word that there are over 500 games being traded this time.  That is pretty close to the size of the entire game library.  I really have no idea how we are going to manage this.  It seems that the Math Trade is something that is done separate of the con and the con is just agreeing to be the intermediary so there is no regulation of it.  Do we have a free room that we can use to manage it?  Obviously we will have to have some more conversations on how to proceed in the future but for now I'd love some thoughts from some people more intelligent than me. David Holt
