[Deptheads] Reminder - Sunday Meeting

Just a reminder about the meeting this Sunday. The original email is copied 
 below. If you are on this list and cannot make it, please send a 
representative  in your stead.

There will be a meeting on Sunday, October 18th at my house to plan and go  
over the 2016 convention year.

If you are not on the list and have information, questions, or other input  
for the conventions, please give them to one of the people listed above so 
that  your ideas/concerns will be heard and dealt with.
 
The meeting will start at 1pm with lunch at Noon. We will be starting ON  
TIME as Victor will need to leave to catch a flight at 4:30pm, so please be  
early/on time.
