Fred and I are both out of town today and will not able to make the meeting, but please read the following email:

Adventurers League had a very successful showing at Gateway 2015 in large part due to teamwork with several other departments.  Thanks very much to:

Mike Fryer  For working out an exchange of spaces with part of the Open Gaming area on short notice, so Adventurers League could run our 24-table Saturday Night EPIC event in Plaza Ballrooms B/C/D

Robyn Nixon for getting some great photos of the event posted onto social media.

Jim Sandoval and Tanya Aldrich:  For letting us squeeze in an overflow table or two of Adventurers League into the RPG / Family Gaming areas when we ran out of space.
