[Deptheads] Adding and Editing Special Events

It has come to my attention in updating the Event List code that certain events are not being set quite right.

The Run Event code has not been updated to handle the new event classifications. For people in general, this isn’t a problem, for those admining, it could be.

Run Event has a Special Event option. All special events were assumed to be tournaments.

Edit Event has a Special checkbox. This means an event or a tournament can be special.

So, if you have a Tournament that is special, you need to change it to a tournament.
Also, Edit Event has the Mega Tournament setting available.

Since the Run Event page has fewer options for general users it may be a while before everything is in sync.
