It’s next to impossible to fix a bug like this if I can’t reproduce it, and I can’t. Is there any device you can bring to the con that reproduces this problem for me to attempt debugging with?

I think this has become top priority to change for the next con.

Deliberate, only approvers should be able to set that field to anything not the default. But the default should be by department.

I can go in and change all events under video with TBD as the location to Marina.
I can do this for other departments too, but it has to be an all or nothing change to replace TBD for that department.
Everyone, reply to this email if you want me to do this for this con. Please list the department and the room you want as default.
I can do this up to the point Eric pulls the list for the con book, but I’ll only do it once per department, so get all the events in first.
