All,Payout information is due in before Friday.  Jim and Shane - yours are taken care of.
As always you can always set things up at con, but if you do not provide, we do not payout.  ADVANCED NOTICE IS REQUIRED.  If you send a minion up to create a payout we will send them and the participants back to you until you (as a department head) can confirm that you are actually setting this up as a payout.
Notice:  This con will see a new token set to be given out for the interim between the year-end void.  I say "token" not dealer dollar as these have NO value to any dealers or other vendors.  The tokens will be issued to departments whose games run late on Monday.  As we have had several people come back and say they were unable to spend dealer dollars at Gateway based on the closing of the dealer room. We are piloting this to see if it will be worthwhile.  The tokens being used are ONLY to be given out to those games with payouts whose end time is past the closing of the dealer room.  The amounts for the usual places will be issued to the department to be given to the winner(s).  The tokens themselves have no value other than redemption at Payouts at the next con.  We will need to make sure that we have winner information for the game and the token amount paid out.  Payouts will have all the information on every interim token dispensed and to whom.  When in doubt, Payouts has final say as to redemption of these.
I will be at con in spirit this time around.  Polly Aylor and Jerusha Lee will manage the payouts without me this con.  Their word is as mine in decisions relating to Payouts.
