[Deptheads] Badge Editing

I think I’ve found the problem. Try it now.

Thanks for the info. I hate to make you guys testers, but Tracy already has 10 badges that were generated during testing and Keith and James each have a badge for every con this year.

By the way, the edit code doesn’t allow for adding an account to an existing badge. Will work on that next. Any changing of an account once assigned to a badge will have to go to Eric. If you get your emails mixed up, edit the names.
