We now have two sets of messages.
Warnings
Errors

Warnings right now only mention people having a pre-reg badge, so you know a badge reimbursement is in your future. This does not stop a badge from being generated,

If they have a pre-reg and another badge both will display in the error section, and a third badge should not be created.
