Jim,

Is it the who or the how many that is so important? If who, I question why they need to know. The how many, I’m willing to put somewhere, but a Bugzilla request, with details would be a good idea.

You, as a department coordinator should have access to the “Sign-Up Sheet Event Lists”, which, while not pretty for reading, does have who is approved for an event.
